Yes. Basic, Pro, Max and every credit pack unlock the same things: all 13 quality tiers (Studio, Studio Fast, Reference Studio, Standard, Draft, Classic, Motion, Motion Pro, Cinema Fast, Cinema, Budget, Action and Quick), every effect — Hotel Lobby AI Video — and every tool, with commercial use and no watermark. Plans differ only in how many credits you get and what each credit costs. Studio Next, Studio Next Fast, Consistency, Lip Sync, Avatar, Action Pro and Premiere join every plan when they open.
02What does a credit buy?
Video is priced per generated second, so the cost depends on the tier, length, resolution and sound. A 5-second Draft clip is 30 credits, a 10-second Hotel Lobby AI Video is 130, and an 8-second Cinema Fast clip with sound is 168. One credit costs between 1.12¢ and 1.50¢ depending on the plan or pack. The Generate button shows the exact total before you render, and our server charges that number.
03Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, at the same price, until you cancel. Cancel in two clicks under Settings → Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never renew. Waffo Pancake, which processes our payments, emails you a reminder before each renewal; a renewal you forgot to cancel isn’t refunded.
04When do my credits expire?
Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period, and a fresh allowance arrives with the renewal. Yearly plans deliver the whole year at once — 26,400 credits on Pro — usable until the yearly period ends. Credit packs last 365 days from purchase. Settings → Credits lists your balance and every expiry date.
05Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?
No. Packs, from $2.99 for 200 credits, are one-time purchases with no subscription and no renewal, valid 365 days. If you also have a plan, pack credits stack on top. If you render every month, a plan is cheaper: plans cost up to 25% less per credit than packs.
06Will I be charged for a failed render?
No. If a model errors, times out or its own safety filter refuses the request, every credit returns to your balance automatically, usually within minutes — no ticket needed, and the task card shows the reason. Prompts blocked before rendering are never charged.
07How long are my videos kept?
Videos you render stay in your library for as long as your account is open, and you can download or delete any of them at any time. Uploaded photos are stored with the render they belong to and deleted with it, and nothing you upload or make is used to train AI.
08Where can I find payment records and invoices?
In your account settings. Payments lists every order with its date, amount and status, plus an invoice link where the payment provider issues one. Billing shows your current plan and renewal date, and Credits shows every credit you received and spent. Card statements show WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE. For anything else, open a ticket under Settings → Support Tickets or email support@picturetovideo.org.
