The official Kling AI app lets you generate Kling videos and images from your phone, using the same Kling account you have on kling.ai.

Free daily credits

In the Kling AI app, the free plan gives 66 credits a day with 720p, watermarked output for personal use (official prices checked 2026-10-03).

New models land there first

Kling releases tend to reach the app before the API. Kling 4.0 Flash, for example, opened to a small group of paying members on September 28, 2026; there is still no Kling 4.0 API.

Separate accounts, separate credits

Paid plans in the app are monthly memberships billed by Kling. PictureToVideo is separate: our credits can’t be spent in the official app, and Kling credits can’t be spent here.

How to spot a fake Kling app

Security researchers have reported fake Kling AI websites built to spread malware. A few habits keep you clear of them.

Install the official Kling AI app only from the App Store, Google Play or links on kling.ai.
Never install a “Kling APK” from another website. PictureToVideo will never offer one.
Check the address bar before you sign in: the official site is kling.ai.
Don’t enter your Kling password anywhere except kling.ai or the official app. We never ask for it.

You switch between a laptop, a work computer and a phone, you want to compare Kling with Veo, Wan, Hailuo or Grok on one balance, or you would rather buy a one-time pack than a monthly membership.

Storage and downloads

Browser renders download as ordinary MP4 files to your phone’s downloads or camera roll, ready to post or edit. Nothing is installed, so there is no app update to wait for and no app cache filling your storage.

Works on older phones

Because the video renders on the provider’s servers, the browser only uploads your picture and plays the result. Any recent version of Safari, Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet is enough, even on a phone that is a few years old.

01Is there an official Kling AI app?

Yes. Kling AI, the video model from Kuaishou, has official apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. Search “Kling AI” in the App Store or Google Play, or follow the links on kling.ai, and check the developer details before installing. Avoid any site that offers a Kling download file instead of a store link.

02Is PictureToVideo the official Kling AI app?

No. PictureToVideo is an independent, unofficial web studio and has no app at all. We run Kling models via API, and your account, credits and billing are with PictureToVideo rather than Kuaishou. If you want the official app, go to kling.ai or your device’s app store.

03Can I download a Kling AI APK here?

No, and you shouldn’t download one anywhere else either. We never offer APKs or installers. Unofficial APKs are a common way to spread malware, and security researchers have reported fake Kling websites. On Android, get the official Kling AI app from Google Play, or use PictureToVideo in Chrome with nothing installed.

04Do I need to install anything to use PictureToVideo?

No. PictureToVideo runs entirely in your browser on phones, tablets and computers. If you want one-tap access, add it to your home screen: on iPhone use Share, then Add to Home Screen; in Chrome on Android use the menu, then Add to Home screen. It’s a shortcut, not a download.

05Can I use my Kling app credits or membership on PictureToVideo?

No. Kling memberships and credits belong to your Kling account and only work in the Kling AI app and on kling.ai. PictureToVideo sells its own credits, billed per generated second. The two systems are completely separate, so a purchase in one never carries over to the other.

06Is the Kling AI app free to download?

Downloading the official app from the App Store or Google Play costs nothing, and Kling’s free plan gives 66 credits a day for watermarked 720p videos. Longer, sharper or watermark-free videos need a paid Kling membership billed inside the app. PictureToVideo is free to open in a browser; rendering is paid per second, with packs from $2.99.

07Does the Kling AI app have Kling 4.0?

Partly. As of October 3, 2026, Kling 4.0 Flash is in limited early access inside Kling’s own app for a small group of paying members. The full Kling 4.0 model is planned for October 2026, and no API offers it yet, so web studios like ours will add it when the API opens.
