Kling 3.0, 3.0 Turbo or 3.0 Omni?

The 3.0 release is a family, not a single model. Standard is the quality pick, Turbo renders faster and always includes sound, and Omni — often called O3 — is the reference-and-edit branch that grew out of Kling O1.

Multi-shot prompts: direct up to 6 shots

The model can cut between as many as six shots inside one clip and keep the same characters across them. Lay out your shots, give each one a framing and a length, and watch the price update as you go. When it reads right, send the storyboard to the generator.

04Same prompt, every version

Same prompt, every Kling version

The clearest way to see what each Kling generation adds is to hold everything else still. Same start frame, same prompt, same length and resolution — only the model changes, and so does the price.

One start frame and one prompt on four Kling models: 5 seconds at 1080p with audio off wherever it is optional, so the prices are like for like (3.0 Turbo always includes sound). Pick a version below to wipe it against this page’s model.

05Cost per second

Kling 3.0 price per second

PictureToVideo bills by the generated second, so a 15-second shot costs three times as much as a 5-second one. Audio is a toggle on Standard 3.0 and always included on Turbo. Failed renders are refunded automatically.

07Prompt tips

Kling 3.0 prompt tips

Write shots, not paragraphs

In a multi-shot prompt, give each shot one subject, one action and one camera move. A short, concrete line per shot is easier for Kling to follow than one dense paragraph that tries to cover the whole scene.

Name the framing

Start each shot with its size: wide, medium, close-up or insert. Changing the framing from shot to shot is what makes a sequence read as edited rather than as one long take.

Put dialogue in quotes

With audio on, write spoken lines in quotation marks and say who speaks and how: the old man whispers, “We’re late.” Name the language when it isn’t English.

Budget your seconds

Give establishing shots three or four seconds and reactions two or three. One-second shots are allowed but rarely land, because motion needs a moment to settle.

Describe the sound you want

Native audio follows the prompt too. Mention rain on glass, a distant train or a murmuring crowd and it shows up in the mix; leave it out and Kling chooses its own ambience.

Draft cheap, finish on 3.0

Test composition and motion at 720p with audio off, then switch to 1080p or 4K with sound for the final render. The prompt carries over unchanged.

08Rules

Use Kling 3 responsibly

  • No sexual, suggestive or violent content. Prompts are screened before rendering, the video model applies its own safety filters, and uploads must follow our content policy.
  • Don’t generate real people, or imitate their voices, without permission. Public figures are blocked.
  • Renders come without a watermark and can be used commercially within our content policy.
  • PictureToVideo is an independent site that runs Kling 3.0 via API. It is not affiliated with Kuaishou or Kling AI. Results are labelled with their quality tier — this model is the Studio tier.
FAQ

Kling 3.0 AI Video Generator FAQ

Still curious? Email support@picturetovideo.org — a human replies within a day.

01When was Kling 3.0 released?
Kuaishou’s Kling AI released the model on February 5, 2026, together with 3.0 Omni and Kling Image 3.0. Native 4K output followed in April 2026, and the faster 3.0 Turbo arrived in June 2026. On PictureToVideo, all three resolutions and Turbo are live today, priced per generated second.
02How long can a Kling 3.0 video be?
Each generation runs from 3 to 15 seconds, in whole seconds. Within that length you can split the clip into as many as six shots, each with its own prompt and duration. For anything longer, extend the clip from its last frame, or wait for Kling 4.0, which has been announced with 30-second shots.
03Does Kling 3 generate audio?
Yes. It can render voices, sound effects and ambience in the same pass as the picture, with dialogue in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. On PictureToVideo it is a toggle: at 720p it raises the price from 10 to 14 credits per second. 3.0 Turbo always includes sound.
04What is the difference between Kling 3.0, 3.0 Turbo and 3.0 Omni?
Standard 3.0 is the quality model, with optional audio and output up to 4K. Turbo renders faster, always includes sound and tops out at 1080p. Kling 3.0 Omni, often called O3, focuses on reference images, video input and text-instructed edits. PictureToVideo runs all three today: Standard and Turbo in the generator, and 3.0 Omni behind our photo effect templates.
05What is the Kling 3.0 price per second?
On PictureToVideo, the model costs 10 credits per second at 720p (14 with audio), 13 at 1080p (19 with audio) and 47 in 4K. A 5-second 720p clip is 50 credits, about $0.68 on the Pro plan. For reference, Kling’s official API lists $0.084 to $0.42 per second for the same tiers.
06Can I use Kling 3.0 for free?
Not here: there is no free tier, because every second of video costs real compute. The $2.99 starter pack (200 credits) is the cheapest way in, and a plan or bigger pack suits regular use. Our Kling AI free guide compares every free option, including the daily free credits in Kling’s own app.
07Should I wait for Kling 4.0?
Only if you need what 4.0 adds: 30-second shots, up to ten keyframes, stereo audio or 21:9. Kling 4.0 was announced for October 2026, but as of October 3 its API is not open, so no third-party site can run it yet. Version 3.0 renders today, and the same prompts will carry over when 4.0 arrives.
08Is Kling 3.0 HDR?
No. It outputs 8-bit SDR video at 720p, 1080p or 4K. Ten-bit HDR is one of the features Kling has announced for Kling 4.0 at 1080p and 4K, and it is labelled coming soon even there. If a site promises HDR or EXR output from version 3.0, treat that claim with caution.
09Do I need a Kling account to use the model here?
No. PictureToVideo is an independent, unofficial site, not Kling AI or Kuaishou. We run the model via API, so you sign up with us, buy credits with us and never need a Kling subscription. The same credits also run Veo 3.1, Wan 2.5, Hailuo 02 and Grok Imagine, your renders live in your PictureToVideo library, and support comes from our own team.
