06FAQ

Kling 4.0 FAQ

Still curious? Email support@picturetovideo.org — a human replies within a day.

01Is PictureToVideo the official Kling website?
No. PictureToVideo is an independent website. We provide Kling, Veo, Wan, Hailuo and Grok Imagine models through their APIs and are not affiliated with Kuaishou, Kling AI, Google or any other model maker. You don’t need a Kling account to use it.
02Kling 4.0 release: when can I use it?
Not yet. As of October 5, 2026, Kling’s developer page says Kling 4.0’s official release is in October, and only Kling 4.0 Flash is out, in a limited beta since September 28. Some third-party sites already list a “4.0 API”, but we haven’t been able to verify one, so the generator uses Kling 3.0 for now — join the waitlist and we switch to the new model the day we can actually call it.
03What is Kling 4.0 Flash, and can I use it?
Flash is the fast tier of the 4.0 family: 3–20 second clips at 720p. Since September 28, 2026 it has been in a limited beta inside Kling’s own app, reported as open to Ultra annual subscribers. There is no Flash API we can call yet, so it isn’t in our generator; 3.0 Turbo is the fastest live Kling here. We switch Flash on — and email the waitlist — the day its API opens.
04Is Kling 4.0 free? How much does it cost?
There is no free tier. The cheapest way in is the $2.99 starter pack — 200 credits, about 6 five-second Kling 2.5 Turbo (Draft) clips — and plans start at $12.90/month. Pricing for 4.0 will be published once its API price is announced.
05Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Videos rendered on a paid plan or credit pack can be used commercially without a watermark, as long as you own the rights to what you upload and stay within our content policy.
06How long can the videos be?
Kling 3.0 renders 3–15 seconds per shot, Veo 3 renders 8-second clips, Wan 2.5 and Kling 2.6 do 5 or 10 seconds, and Motion Control follows your reference up to 30 seconds. Kling 4.0 will support 30-second shots. Use the video extender to go longer.
07Can I get a refund?
Failed renders are refunded automatically to your balance, and requests blocked by our safety checks are never charged. Payments themselves are refunded for billing errors, outages of 72 hours or more, or where the law requires it — see our refund policy.
